木森集团铝板带箔项目与中铝西南铝、中铝河南铝、万基集团和上海能源等国有及上市企业形成战略合作伙伴，铝加工设备全部由德国阿亨巴赫、赫克力斯、西马克、爱力许、罗地格、康普、申克、KHD公司、法国ECL公司、意大利法塔亨特等国外知名厂家引进，配置有3台冷轧机、3台铝箔轧机、2条拉矫清洗机列、1台横机、1台纵切机、1台高速切边机、1台合卷机、3台分卷机、4台磨床、40台厢式退火炉以及立体高架智能库等相关的辅助设备。其中主要冷轧设备有德国西马克2300mm冷轧机两台，法塔2050mm冷轧机一台，主要箔轧设备有德国阿亨巴赫2150mm宽幅高速铝箔轧机三台，还有相应的精整设备，拥有目前亚洲最大的卷材立体智能存储系统（高架仓库），整体装备水平处于国际领先地位。

The core Equipments of our strategic partners like CHALCO,WANJI GROUP were purchased from the company which has a leading position in aluminum processing equipment industry. The main cold rolling equipment are two sets of 2300mm-SMS SIEMAG cold rolling mill, one Fata 2050mm cold rolling machine; the main foil rolling equipment are three sets of ACHENBACH 2150mm wide high-speed aluminum foil rolling mill,the corresponding finishing equipment are imported from abroad.

Other facilities are 2400mm-KUPP hot rolling mill,2 washing machines pullstraightening out , 1 knitting machine , 1 slitting machine , 1 high-speedtrimming machine , 1 co-volume machines, 3 sub-volume machine, 4 grinders, 40vans andthree-dimensional elevated annealing furnace intelligent libraries related auxiliary equipments and so on.
